The Netherlands

 PostNL/DHL Standard 2-3 business days, €8.95 (free from €50 up)
 

European Union

DHL/PostNL Standard – 2-5 days, €9.45 - €14.95

Outside the European Union

 DHL/FedEx Standard – 5-10 days, €14.95/€19.95
Potential customs duties are not included and are at the responsibility and cost of the receiver.

EU + global finished w/ local postal office.

All shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing times

✓ After 4pm CET or on weekends → 2 business days to shipping.

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier guidelines. We are not responsible for delays due to:

Packaging

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in inconspicuous, plain boxes or envelopes. The parcel might will only display a neutral name such as “AMYN”

Temperature control

Depending on the season and destination, AMYN Peptide products can be packaged with:

 Insulated packaging for temperature stability
 Cooling elements for temperature-sensitive shipments (summer months or long transit)
 Protective material to prevent bottle damage
 Moisture-absorbing packets for humidity control

Included Documentation

Each shipment contains a Packing slip (no prices listed, suitable for customs)

Invoices are sent separately for privacy.
COA and Safety Sheets are available upon request.

Customs and Import

EU Customers

✓ No customs duties or import taxes
✓ VAT will be applied at checkout according to your country’s regulations

Non-EU Customers

You are responsible for:

• Import duties and taxes imposed by your country
• Customs clearance fees
• Compliance with all local import regulations

Shipments are marked as “Research Peptides” with HS code 2924.20. We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce the value.

Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries where peptide imports are prohibited. Please check your local regulations before ordering; the responsibility lies with the customer and/or receiver.

Returns Policy

 IMPORTANT: We do not offer standard returns or refunds.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and safety standards, we do not accept returns for refunds , even on unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do handle cases of:

✓ Received incorrect products
✓ Missing items
✓ Quality issues

Please note: Replacement in case of damage is a gesture of goodwill and not obligatory, but we aim to help reasonable cases.

Damaged During Shipping

 What to do:

  1. Save all packaging materials
  2. Take photos of the damage (packaging + product)
  3. Send within 48 hours via WhatsApp

We assess each situation individually and can, if warranted, offer a replacement at no cost.

Received Incorrect Product

If you receive an incorrect item:

✓ We ship the correct product
✓ Return shipping for the incorrect item is at our expense
✓ Report within 48 hours via WhatsApp

Missing Items

If your order is incomplete:

✓ We check our packaging information
✓ Missing items will be shipped quickly after confirmation
✓ Report within 48 hours via WhatsApp

Quality issues

If you suspect a quality problem (appearance, labeling or batch issues):

 Stop use immediately
 Contact us via WhatsApp with the batch number.
We will investigate and can replace if verified.

Lost Packages

The Netherlands

Packages are considered lost after 7 business days without tracking updates. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

EU Shipments

Packages are considered lost after 14 business days . We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund after confirmation.

Non-EU Shipments

Packages are considered lost after 21 business days . Customs-related delays are the customer’s responsibility; we will assist with documentation where possible.

Research process

We file claims with carriers and keep you informed throughout the process. Replacements or refunds will be issued upon confirmation of the carrier.
